I watched the videos already but I didn’t find video explain how to import external model
by user 883276031048441917
You can use any model format Unity supports in your scene (FBX, GLB, glTF, OBJ…) and add the model to your scene that gets exported - that’s it
But it also didn’t work, so I exported one of the samples and it worked fine. I don’t know why this didn’t work with the model

Can you explain a bit more?

Can you check the Unity console please? There is an error log - what does it say?
Can you also show me which materials your model is using?
glb

Is the object in the scene perhaps not at the scene root or visible in the main camera?
in your first screenshot it seems like its offset by 63 units on X
So please check with your main camera in Unity that its also visible.
I will delete the project and create a new one

any advice?
by user 883276031048441917
What? Just move the object in the scene to be visible by the camera or make sure your main camera sees the object and youre good
Have you checked Unity’s “Game” tab?
yeah I did that but it didn’t work also .so I decided to delete it may something went wrong
by user 883276031048441917
yeah, I did that also
by user 883276031048441917
and you see your model in the game view? Can you show a screenshot?
I am sorry I already deleted it, and my Internet was very bad and it took time to reinstall
