Environment light cubemap baked upside down

Looks like cubemaps are baked upside down. I am using an equirectangular image as a Unity Cubemap Latitude/longitude, and in test or published projects it is upside down. Flipping graphic vertically before Unity import it works.

Do you mean the skybox (the background) or the custom reflection cubemap?
