Why is the size scale so different between quick look AR and XR viewer AR mode

Hi, I have a question about why my model is large in quicklook AR mode, my scene size is about the size of sandbox, but it needs to be scaled 10x to fit properly, I also use AR scale in WebXR component, which only scales XR viewer, I saw a similar problem last year, There seems to be no result in the end, can you tell me how to fix it

Hello

This sounds like a bug weā€™ve fixed in the latest release ā€œ3.47.8ā€.

Try updating to the latest needle version and let us know if that resolves your issue :cactus:

Hello, it works with quicklook in IOS with 3.47.8, thank you, but there is new problem, I dont know just because my iphone or not, the button Enter AR is not working in XR Viewer when I click after upgrade, I dont know the situation on Andriod phone, can you test and tell me

Hello, I think I should report: after I upload to 3.47.10, XR viewer is working but Quicklook cant scale again

Hey  Iā€™m not reproducing that on our end.

Could you provide screenshots of how the scene scale look like on an iOS and Android device? Thanks.

How big of a scale difference are we talking about? 5x? 1.3x?
