Hi, when I play my game in unity from Exporter web browser show to me a error, somebody know that is this? I would feel thankful.

I installed that file that suggest the tap Toktx and I installed it from Unity Asset Store to and problem is stil

Toktx is not being installed from Unity’s Assetstore - you just need to click the button to download the installer. What problem is still?
