Changed the channel name: Model export error with 2.58.4-pre?

Sussed it out, changes to the shadow casting of the directional light in a newer update did it

Changed the channel name: Light shadow region issue with 2.58.4-pre?

Why would the shadow region ending have such a clear box cut line around it? There is nothing casting a shadow here and the material is set to not receive shadows

Is shadow casting/receiving enabled in the renderer?
Yes, UnityGLTF import is fine, GLTFast import is the issue here, I can send a minimal repro

What does GLTFast import? Why is it the issue? I was referring to the Renderer component of the object in the scene
Itβs just a simple model that gets imported

All I am changing is the importer for the model, the scene was used in an older project which looked totally fine in older Needle versions, I just noticed recently this model which is the background wall of the scene really shows the shadow casting region in a build, unless I change the importer to UnityGLTF from GLTFast

Can you compare that for UnityGLTF and gltFast?
I have but Iβll send a screenshot

I mean the renderer in the scene of the box that shouldnt receive shadows the renderer is collapsed in your screenshot too
