How to make an object (or material) render on top of others?

I have a Render Objects Render Feature in use which is working for my Unity project but on Needle export the render objects feature isn’t working the same, am I doing this right to make some transparent objects in a layer render on top of other objects or have I missed something to make that work in Needle?
