XR Flag set to VR only is ignored in 2.49.0-pre in some projects

I DM’ed @Marcel_Wiessler1 :cactus: about this but I noticed in 2.49.0-pre, the XR Flag being set to VR only is ignored in some projects like the Bike Configurator and those objects are always visible on desktop. The same issue doesn’t happen when rolling back to 2.48.0-pre

I deleted a little bit too much code last release that caused that (deleted during testing and accidentally released with that since it still worked in my test case)
