Needle Cloud not working

Hi, I’m trying to build my app, but it says I don’t have a license, even though I have a PRO license. When I try to access my Needle Cloud account, every page shows me the Needle questionnaire, and it shows that the team where I had the PRO license no longer exists. Do you know what could be causing this?
