Howcome changing scenes causes play to not work?

Was running Needle with one scene, then changed scenes and hit play then it would build successfully but the localhost window never updated?

If thats the case the server is not restarted. Vite should pickup file changes when you build and just continue run.

It only works when I restart the server by closing it and reopening manually then
