Can't Enable Blender Addon

I’ve just downloaded and successfully installed the latest Needle for Blender addon but I’m not able to enable it. When I click the checkbox in Blender prefs (00.jpg) I get an error (01.jpg).

Hope you can help with some advice :slightly_smiling_face:
