Iā€™ve tried in Brave browser as well earlier today but wasnt able to reproduce it too.
Can you try changing the CSS to just:

body {
    padding: 0;
    margin: 0;
}

Do you still get this after a blender restart? It didnt reproduce for me here (I uninstalled, installed an old version and then the latest 0.29 version)

i was removing the old addon and adding the new one as a fresh install. this time just installed the new one with the old one still installed. works!
