Hey @Aya Ali are you behind a corporate firewall by chance? I’ve seen the ETIMEDOUT message when accessing packages before with very strict / incorrect firewall rules
Sorry, I didn’t get what are you mean. Can you explain a bit more?

Are you at home or at a company office or using a company laptop?
Are you aware of any firewalls in front of your connection that may be tampering with internet access?
Thank you for your explain. No there is no firwall at all

I can’t find My Registries
in Package Manager
by user 883276031048441917
That means that there is, in fact, a firewall preventing you from accessing it.
Does https://packages.unity.com/com.unity.render-pipelines.universal work?
Yeah,this work
by user 883276031048441917
OK. Unfortunately this means that someone or some device is blocking your internet access for specific websites.
Do you think VPN will work?
by user 883276031048441917
As said I’ve typically seen that in corporate networks with very strict rules that allow e.g. https://packages.unity.com but don’t allow https://packages.needle.tools. Your IT administrator would have to add a similar exception as has been added for the Unity registry, also for the Needle registry.
VPN may work, yes
Ok, I will try

Ok good to hear!
If you ever figure out what’s wrong with your network config/firewall please let us know!
I think it’s because of the communications policy of the country I live in and nothing else
