I quite often dash in to src/scripts folders in other projects to quickly open files in VS Code or to refer to old code, I find in Windows 11 file explorer that the folder seems to very slowly always refresh the files like in the gif attached. Windows doesn’t do this on any other folder I know of on my PC and I don’t ever have preview pane/side pane open. This could very well be an unusual Windows 10/11 issue but I wondered why it just does it for this one folder, and it does it for all Needle projects I have on my SSD across project folders at the specific folder. What could be causing this?

Does it also happen when Unity is closed?
It happens if I open folders of projects that aren’t in use in Unity as in other projects

Yep it happens on a reboot with Unity not open and nothing else open

Any strange hidden files?
None, only normal .ts scripts and the Readme.md

Seems like win 11 error, Felix says he’s seen this before as well in other contexts
Yeah, can confirm, that’s unfortunately just a Win 11 thing as far as I can tell… not Needle Engine related
Let me know if you figure out how to avoid it, haha
I’ll ask around some places and ping back if I have any findings
