How did you upload your project to your FTP server?
Make sure to upload the whole dist folder that you get when you build using the Build Window. If you use the Deploy to FTP component it should handle this for you and upload all necessary files
manualy uploaded entire dist folder. I will check if picture is there

The manual ftp upload caused it to be lowercase?
yes for some reason. After uploading any uppercase file it is lower case.

Which FTPClient are you using? Any reason for why you dont use the DeployToFTP component in Unity?
