I am clicking on scene and doing Scripts > Deployment > Deploy to Glitch, added my glitch link but it’s deploying based on the Needle Engine template, not my scene. I attached screenshots.

The template is what is there after you remix it. Do you get any messages in the console when you click build and deploy? If you still have the template content it means that the upload didnt even start so something before the upload didnt work
Make sure the deployment key in unity is also correct (you can find it on glitch in the .env file). You can check the logs on glitch for that too if you dont see any message/error in unity
