Can't login in the unity editor!

Since the last update, it’s necessary to log into your account in the Unity Editor to use Needle. However, on one specific PC, logging in just doesn’t work. It seems like the server returns an empty response or something similar—when trying to log in, it fails and simply says ‘logged out successfully’. It’s not an account issue, since we can log in fine on other PCs. We’ve also tried multiple different accounts on this machine, but all of them fail. Any ideas?

Hello, can you share which version you currently use of Unity + Needle Engine? And perhaps include any other relevant log messages? Please consider sending a bugreport via the menu item Needle Engine/Report a Bug so we get access to the log files

We are using Unity Version 6000.0.24f1 and Needle Version 4.2.4
When I click the Login Button in the Editor it opens up the Login Window in the Browser.
I succesfully login but somehow it then says that the login failed.
Im not sure if there even are any logs i could provide here.

That sounds odd - You’ll find additional logs in your unity project at Logs/Needle.log and Needle-prev.log. Those will be sent together with the bugreport.

Maybe first try updating to the latest release version which currently is 4.3.2 ?

I opened a new scene, I try login but skiped the 2FA verification. Now everytime I try to login, even if I create a new unit file and reimport the needle engine I get “Login cancelled. You can close this window now”

Hi, this sounds like your browser has still cached your previously incompleted login response (if you didn’t complete the 2FA). Can you try logging out of https://cloud.needle.tools and try again? And/or perhaps try clearing your browser cache or completing the login process in an incognito window.

I get the same Screen as Pavel. When i press login in the unity editor it opens up the Browser. I then login to needle and it brings me to the site: Needle Cloud where it just says: “Login cancelled. You can close this window now”. If i try to press the login button in the unity editor again it now always just immediately opens up this cancelled page and doesnt even ask me to login anymore. the log says:

Hi sorry, yes i have tried loggin out and back in, i have tried 3 different browsers, i have tried inkognito tabs and even switched from windows 10 to windows 11. still the same issue. i also sent a bug report.
