3.10.0 UI Elements not reacting anymore after first click

I’ve updated from 3.9.0-exp to 3.10.0-pre and now I can only clicked once inside the window and after that, no UI element is reacting anymore.

3.9.1 is still working fine. In 3.10.0, Screenspace Overlay does not work at all and the other two UI setups do not receive click event after the first click
