Question regarding audio file formats (.wav vs .mp3)

Short question….

Is there any benefit in using .mp3 over .wav for Audio files, or will audio be recompressed anyways on export?

Thinking about it, if the latter is true, will Mp3 be recompressed too? In this case .wav would be the wiser option since recompressing .mp3 will cause even more loss in quality :thinking:

Hi, we don’t apply compression to audio files at the moment so mp3 is recommended for web use due to the size
