How can I add OutlinePostEffect to the same object of volume component?

I am follwing this instruction ( Adding new postprocessing effects) Script Examples | Needle Engine Documentation

I can neither from Volume- Add Override
from add component I can’t find OutlinePostEffect then just Outline .
